By purchasing, renewing, or using any Vehicle Protection Plan offered by Reliance Auto Plus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with Reliance Auto Plus and apply to all protection plans, services, and related communications unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

- Current mileage
- Vehicle condition
- Vehicle usage

4. Monthly Protection Plan
Each protection plan remains active for one (1) calendar month from the effective date of activation, unless otherwise stated.
Coverage will remain active only while the plan is valid.
5. Renewal
Protection plans do not automatically renew.
Customers are responsible for renewing their protection plan before its expiration date.
Reliance Auto Plus may send renewal reminders by email, SMS, telephone, or other communication methods. These reminders are provided as a courtesy and do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage.
6. Expired Coverage
Reliance Auto Plus operates on a continuous pay as you go protection model. To remain eligible for repair benefits, members must maintain consecutive monthly payments without interruption.
If your payments stop:
Your protection ends immediately after your last paid coverage period.
You are not eligible to submit claims while your agreement is inactive.
Restarting payments after a lapse does not restore previous coverage or cover repairs that occurred during the inactive period.
A waiting period and a new vehicle assessment may be required before protection can be reinstated.
7. Waiting Period
Coverage becomes effective only after all applicable waiting periods have been satisfied, where applicable.
Any breakdown occurring before the waiting period has ended will not be eligible for coverage.
(Confirm the waiting period details; usually its 90 days.)
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Maintain the vehicle according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Notify Reliance Auto Plus of any significant vehicle modifications.
- Cooperate during the claims process.
- Keep contact information up to date.
Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage or cancellation of the protection plan.
9. Claims
Customers must notify Reliance Auto Plus as soon as reasonably possible after an eligible mechanical breakdown occurs.
Claims remain subject to verification, policy terms, exclusions, and approval.
Repair work should not begin without authorization from Reliance Auto Plus unless otherwise instructed.
However, customer may be liable to pay 20% of repair/replacement of the fee and can claim upto 2 claims/year.
10.Continuous Coverage and Payment Requirement
Reliance Auto Plus operates on a continuous pay as you go vehicle protection program. To remain eligible for repair benefits, all scheduled payments must be made consecutively and on time.
If a scheduled payment is missed, the customer’s protection will become *inactive* beginning on the due date. While protection is inactive, no repairs, claims, or benefits will be covered.
Customers have up to *30 calendar days* from the missed payment date to reinstate their policy by paying all past due amounts. During the period of inactivity, no claims will be accepted for any mechanical breakdowns or failures that occur.
If the policy is not reinstated within *30 calendar days*, the policy will automatically terminate. Once terminated:
* The original policy cannot be reinstated.
* The customer must purchase a new protection policy to receive future coverage.
* The vehicle may be subject to a new eligibility review, inspection, and risk assessment before a new policy is issued.
* Coverage under a new policy will begin only after the effective date of the new policy and after any applicable waiting period has been satisfied.
* Mechanical failures or repairs that occurred before the new policy becomes effective will not be covered.
Reliance Auto Plus reserves the right to deny any claim if it determines that a customer intentionally allowed coverage to lapse or attempted to reinstate or purchase a new policy to obtain coverage for a pre existing or previously occurring mechanical failure.
